I’ve made my choice.

oh god I love you

I like this because its Easter and its important to enjoy everything in moderation. I don’t like the above mindsets because they give an all or nothing approach, which in the long run isn’t practical. I enjoyed my Easter eggs and you should too. We only get them once a year.

We (humans) think we are the smartest creature that God ever created… yet we cannot tell real food from the fake ones… when these ants do it so easily! I have this notion that we are the least evolved creatures on our planet. We have so much to learn!

Debunking time. We choose to use butter substitutes to nutritionally save on things like saturated fat and cholesterol. Light margarine/butter substitute spreads are often free of trans fats, low on saturated fats, and free of cholesterol, making them a healthier option for many. They’re also higher in good fats (monounsaturated and polyunsaturated) that help reduce bad cholesterol levels. Of course, not all margarines are created equal. Some are worse than butter, but it’s the individual’s responsibility to read the labels. The American Heart Association recommends soft margarines over butter for better heart health.
The ants know what flavors they like, not necessarily what’s healthiest. If you had a lollypop on that plate, they’d all be over there first.
